Pros
I love how the entire clinical team is made up of registered nurses. This really makes a difference when we go into hospitals to educate because the staff trust us more than some sales person in a suit. The clinical management team was always available and supportive. They provide you the tools to do your job, trust you to do your job, and they do not micromanage. They listen to your feedback and idea and want to make changes for the team. The products are reliable and last forever.
Cons
Although the company is growing, it is still a relatively small company so career advancement opportunities are limited. The travel is tough and being gone from home every week is tiring. I know this is a travel job so it comes with the job but still. Product training is not good and somewhat confusing at times. I felt like the educator did not want to be there. Overall, better/more communication from upper leadership on how the company is doing, new developments, changes, etc. The marketing department is disappointing. It takes way too long to receive a response back and when they do, the product managers don't really have answers.
