Great team as far as the team members. Team members are there for each oyher

Micromanagement. Favoritism Promotions only up those who know the mangers not on qualifications Politics in upper management control the company I am not sure how they got rated one if the best places to work but selective pool of employees did the surveys Tuition reimbursements??? Since when The company portrays a different picture until you start working there and find out the truth Employees should look forward to go to work. They work harder and are appreciated Not just a selective few They say have an open door policy bur it's only to what they want to hear

We are sorry that your experience in the company was not more positive. While we have an open door policy that many employees utilize, we understand that not every employee is comfortable speaking directly with management. That is why we have anonymous surveys that allow every employee to provide feedback. In regards to our Great Places to Work Certification. The survey was administered by an independent party and was open to all employees to take. In fact, 90% of employees responded to the survey. All responses were anonymous and were tallied by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work® Institute, the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.. Our Leadership team takes this certification very seriously and is constantly working on ways to enhance the employee experience. Information on the Tuition Reimbursement is included in the employee benefits guide and is also available on our company intranet. We have had several employees take advantage of Tuition Reimbursement and our Professional Development program (which pays for employee certifications and professional enrichment) with great feedback.

RUN AWAY!!! Beware the good reviews written by the HR department

Pros

The building is nice and if you only say "yes" to everything that comes out of top managements mouth, you can do okay here., just leave your brain at the door!

Cons

Literally every single other thing is bad. Management are all buddies who worked together before, who get director and vp titles but don't do any work or know anything about the type of work we do here. People leave this company so fast you think there is an escalator right out the door. HR, well, I can't say anything at all good about them as they are the least professional HR department I have ever seen.

Pros

None, seriously none. All of the responses written here by Human Resources are BS. HR is no more then a puppet to the CEO who pulls all the strings.

Cons

- No culture to speak of - A clueless CEO, a true case of "The Emperor has No Clothes" He thinks he knows it all, respects no one else's opinions and if you challenge or voice your opinion, you are OUT!! - Favoritism, the worse I have ever seen - Technology that is in the 1990s but they still expect you to shove it down customers throats. - They will make verbal commitments, but not back it up in writing, always very vague. - They have never heard of the Golden Rule.
