Pros

No dress code, can show up to work looking like a total slob if you want. And many people do.

Cons

Not sure where to start on the cons of this place. Management is very close minded and do things their own way because it's worked in the past. Your suggestions will get shot down. Turnover is VERY high, they fire people at the drop of a hat and provide little to no coaching. Those that don't get fired, quit because the work environment is miserable. Stay clear of this place!

Easy to work with when finding the right fit. Noramtec has benefits packages, if you need them as part of your package. Very professional and responsive when I have questions or need clarification.
