Pros

Remote work is the only pros

Cons

The package is very low, they try to change the offer letter throughout the month even after finalizing on an amount. The joining bonus mentioned in my offer letter was never provided, despite multiple months of service. There was a lack of clarity and transparency regarding notice period requirements and final settlements. Payment for my final month of work remains unresolved even after 3 months

Pros

Norstella has built a culture that genuinely prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and doing what’s best for the company and its people. There’s a strong sense that everyone is working toward the same goals, and leaders across the organization are aligned in driving meaningful impact. One of the best parts of working here is the team environment. I truly enjoy working with my direct team as well as peers across different functions. There’s a high level of mutual respect, and people are always willing to support each other and share ideas. It’s not just talk, there’s a real commitment to helping one another succeed. The leadership team fosters an environment where new ideas are encouraged, and employees are empowered to contribute. It creates a space where innovation can thrive, and you feel like your work actually matters.

Cons

Being remote has its difficulties, but overcomable
