North American Health Care is by far the best company I have worked for. It is a fun environment, great co-workers, great company values, amazing benefits, fun atmosphere and I can honestly say I enjoy coming into work every day.

Cons

Too many snacks! Bring more fruit.. or offer gym memberships.

The owner and upper management really stress quality care and doing what is right for the patients we serve, making it easy to stand out amongst your competition and be chosen as the rehabilitation facility for nearly every patient. Furthermore, when you perform both clinically and financially, the owner and upper management really do what they can to reward you not only financially, but with opportunities to mentor other administrators and grow yourself as you teach.

Cons

The emphasis on high quality care can drive someone insane; especially those who have never had a medical background. It can be a difficult task as a male to work with SO MANY female nurses. There are a lot of politics at play in a small company, and it is definitely felt at this one.
