Pros

Close to home, some colleague are great to work with.

Cons

Unfair with Bonuses. Annual reviews do not exist which means you can go as long as 5 years without an increase. Definitely preference to male over woman with growth, pay and respect. They are very superficial on appearances. There are obvious religious preferences. Management beneath the President is truly non-exist because they cannot make the change to better this company. It is just a one man show.

Pros

Nice office location, great people to work with except for the Big Boss

Cons

Not so great pay, no annual reviews, benefits are there but not competitive, does not invest in the corporate employees but would give very large bonuses to senior executives and administrators. No pay raise

Cons

By far worst place I've ever worked. Upper management, especially the CEO and general manager, think that they can treat their assistants like they're not human. Very abusive atmosphere there. In-house counsel is also extremely unprofessional.
