It is always challenging as pressure is on to deliver the best health care possible at all times by every employee. This is a pro because you know you are working along side the best in every area. The people you work with at NAHC and the client facilities are fantastic and work hard. They are all about delivering the best health care possible. This cannot be stressed enough.

The owner and upper management really stress quality care and doing what is right for the patients we serve, making it easy to stand out amongst your competition and be chosen as the rehabilitation facility for nearly every patient. Furthermore, when you perform both clinically and financially, the owner and upper management really do what they can to reward you not only financially, but with opportunities to mentor other administrators and grow yourself as you teach.

Cons

The emphasis on high quality care can drive someone insane; especially those who have never had a medical background. It can be a difficult task as a male to work with SO MANY female nurses. There are a lot of politics at play in a small company, and it is definitely felt at this one.
