Pros

High pay. (Some) friendly coworkers.

Cons

A revolving door of managers and directors resulting in the current authoritarian regime. Impossible goals with insufficient resources. Coworkers don’t do their jobs. The Robbinsdale hospital is embarrassingly under-maintained. Patients’ rooms have broken devices/items attached to walls, etc.

Pros

A lot of ways to be promoted to Health-care jobs internally, even without experience. Medical Benefits were some of the best I've had. A lot of variety in what you can do there and it's important work

Cons

Big layoff in Q1 2024 due to a donor going back on a deal to donate. Communication between departments can get a little heated at times due to the importance of the work.
