The management is the worst leadership of any place I have ever worked in my career. There is no such thing as HIPPA at this facility and staff has no problem gossiping about the patients and co-workers. Instead of admitting there are issues on a management level they outwardly accuse their employees of embellishing or outwardly lying. They expect employees to sacrifice personal time to help them and use intimidation to make it happen.

Managed so poorly they have lost and rotated staff, at a maximum under previous management travelers were few, now due to really terrible management they can't maintain a core staff and rely on travelers to do the heavy lifting. Throughout the hospital management is unresponsive to needs. Short staffing is the norm. None of this is surprising however when you have totally inexperienced people trying to manage a relatively busy level 1 trauma center. It's sad, north used to be a great place to work both as a traveler or employee, it's now a keep your head down, shut up, and be happy you have a job. I'd only recommend working here if your a strong personality who likes chaos.
