Mission Driven frontline staff that embody what is best about healthcare

Cons

Constant turnover both voluntary and involuntary has led to a culture of fear. Additionally, there are few training opportunities relative to comparable organizations. The organization has little patience to do the right thing and instead spends a lot of its time chasing hundreds of shiny objects that will "transform it" when it should simply be focused on the fundamentals of profit and loss, quality care, and helping its surrounding community

Pros

A lot of ways to be promoted to Health-care jobs internally, even without experience. Medical Benefits were some of the best I've had. A lot of variety in what you can do there and it's important work

Cons

Big layoff in Q1 2024 due to a donor going back on a deal to donate. Communication between departments can get a little heated at times due to the importance of the work.
