Business Outlook
Pros
The building and grounds are beautiful. The trail around the hospital is nice for walks. Everything is nice and new. The patients are very gracious and understanding.
Cons
The management is the worst leadership of any place I have ever worked in my career. There is no such thing as HIPPA at this facility and staff has no problem gossiping about the patients and co-workers. Instead of admitting there are issues on a management level they outwardly accuse their employees of embellishing or outwardly lying. They expect employees to sacrifice personal time to help them and use intimidation to make it happen.
