      close to where I lived. thats it

      The COO is a micromanager, making clinical decisions based solely on business reasons and not patient care (the COO is not clinically trained). The entire organizational structure is a mess, pay is low, and stress is high. No DEI involvement at all, frequent and blatant disregard for those labeled as "other"

      Pros

      The PTO policy is the best I have ever seen at any job I have worked. The CEO has an open-door policy for any concerns and the HR department is very good. The culture can be fun and some truly wonderful people work here. Working here will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of the people who need healthcare in a rural and challenged population. Continuing education, tuition reimbursement stipends for certain roles.

      Cons

      Being a non-profit, the salaries may not be as high as for-profit places but there are great benefits and perks that offset this.
