Pros

The PTO policy is the best I have ever seen at any job I have worked. The CEO has an open-door policy for any concerns and the HR department is very good. The culture can be fun and some truly wonderful people work here. Working here will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of the people who need healthcare in a rural and challenged population. Continuing education, tuition reimbursement stipends for certain roles.

Cons

Being a non-profit, the salaries may not be as high as for-profit places but there are great benefits and perks that offset this.

Pros

Small clinics, small knit community, strong sense of belonging.

Cons

Healthcare benefits are expensive even with the best plan offered, no room for professional growth, upper leadership ( Josh and Lori) do not care about staff needs and concerns. No investments towards continued education.
