(based on NS corporate environment) Growth yields opportunities and there is plenty of both. People who are self starters, problem solvers and action oriented can get a lot done. The team is generally upbeat and a positive group to work with. The core values include the unwritten value of 'fun' and the attitudes reflect that. Job titles aren't used to hold people back or justify one persons views over another - we all work together closely and value input from all levels. Management is focused on making positive progress rather than being frozen into inaction trying to make everything perfect.
Cons
Growing pains - processes have struggled to keep up with the increasing complexity of the environment (work in progress and improving but those seeking a place to just follow a set script and call it a day will not be happy here).
