2017 was a tough year on many different fronts, including a difficult set of right-sizing events that affected many individuals and families. The Executive Leadership team recognizes that changes were needed and we are in the midst of many of them right now as this post is getting added to this site. While a large amount of our work is focused on supporting our tremendously talented Physicians and CRNAs in the field, we are equally committed to our amazing corporate employees being heard, and changing the culture to one that relies on Accountability through clear Definitions and clear Communication.
