There is an inexcusable amount of miscommunication between the departments, which leads to frustrated customers and disgruntled employees. Often, when you ask someone from another department for help, you get a late response, the wrong material, or no answer at all. Everyone has learned to just tolerate this.
Many of the managers and high sales people are known for breaking the rules or flat out stealing leads to make their sales. Very few of the people who work at Restland are honest, most are just in it for the money. There is a huge lack of integrity, morals, and common courtesy, and it's disappointing to see that most of it stems from management.
The pay system is set to take your weekly wages out of your commission. If you don't sell anything your first week, your "debt" rolls over to the next week and so on until you've made enough commission to pay it off. This leads to a very stressful environment of trying to stay "out of the hole". It's hard enough selling something no one wants. adding the stress of paying back your weekly pay does't help anyone.
Restland is a place filled with ego-loving, money hungry, calloused humans, who don't care about customer service unless it helps line their pockets.
