Excellent Work-Life Balance, Wonderful Co-workers and friends, Great Benefits, Decent wages, Vacation Days, Students help keep us young & current and hopefully we help them as well!

Cons

Can be difficult to move up, Some favoritism -Same rules don't apply to everyone, (Amazing co-workers except for a small few who charm upper mgmt. while mistreating everyone else. HR is either unaware or chooses to be unaware)

People are paid competitively and management and HR really listen to employees. The benefits and paid time off are outstanding and well above what you find in business.

Cons

There are no benefits for part-timers. Many part-timers have full-time jobs elsewhere, so it is not necessarily an issue for everyone.
