Great, friendly environment. Leadership is easy to get along with and your day normally goes by fairly quickly. Good place to work part time.

Cons

Compensation is less than what I think it should be. Employees being underpaid and not taken care of make lead to some lackluster work being done.

People are paid competitively and management and HR really listen to employees. The benefits and paid time off are outstanding and well above what you find in business.

Cons

There are no benefits for part-timers. Many part-timers have full-time jobs elsewhere, so it is not necessarily an issue for everyone.
