Pros
Working at Northwest has been a blessing, the environment I walk into every day is very open and honest. I always have resources available to me one hurdles are presented. The environment of my superiors and coworkers is very supportive, understanding, and helpful to complete my work up to the quality and Standard that Northwest emplores. From day one they are focused on making sure I was trained, comfortable, and had opportunity for growth in sales opportunities within my position. I would recommend the career opportunity at Northwest to my closest friends.
Cons
With every job comes a grain of negativity and frustration with busy days and working outside and hot temperatures. From my experience so far with Northwest this comes from unfortunate customer interactions, and and keeping up with an ever changing and growing field of work. This industry is always evolving and growing with new products and procedures available to try, it can be difficult to keep up with the constant progression from time to time.
