Pros

Offers medical dental and vision benefits but only affordable if management. Enjoyed Monday through Friday schedule and working an early hours schedule.

Cons

Management seems to busy to care or deal with concerns some employees have. Worked in hostile/negative work environment and even though the situation was acknowledged by management and promises were made again and again to remedy situation it never happened. Bottom line is if your family or buddies with management that's what matters at this company. Who is hungover and what happened out the night before is more of a priority with this bunch.

Pros

Good pay starting out and even better if you move up, former owners are great people and truly care for their customers. The core values of the company help keep good employees.

Cons

Owned by the big Rollins company now, lots of favoritism shown, overworked. The communication is horrible at all offices and if you don’t have a great relationship with upper management it’s hard to advance.

We strive to allow all team members to have time to focus on their personal lives by advocating a good work-life balance. Pros

Flexibility in schedule and focus on pursuit of being good stewards of the environment by using green initiatives. Rapid business growth created opportunities for advancement for employees. Uneducated employees have the ability to earn a better than average salary.

Cons

Northwest doesn't seem to value higher education as much as tenure. Qualifications and education of upper level management is below standard. Lack of integrity in workplace.
