Pros
Northwest has an incredible set of core values that set it apart from the competition, They are a truly caring company that treats each teammate as a family member, instead of another coworker. From the senior management down to the daily technicians and office professionals, it is honestly a pleasure to work with each person. I really envy the business growth and future growth potential for the company. Northwest shows great initiative in promoting it's family members from within and offering new opportunities for those employees who truly work hard and have the initiative to be extraordinary.
Cons
The only downside to this field of work would be the work/life balance as a technician. You do find yourself working long days from early morning to later in the afternoon. With that being said, Northwest does reward those employees who are willing to go the extra and do what is right.
