Disclaimer- The CEO has changed since I was employed at NovaSource - In the interest of confidentiality, Executive Leadership failed to trust its management with key details about mergers and acquisitions. - Added responsibilities with promises to visit salary and jib growth later that were empty promises. - Worked, in some cases, 60 to 70 hours weekly.
