Some providers refused to give respect and call Patient Service Specialist as their position and referred to them as the front desk. Only position I had providers make me feel less than. I did not feel appreciated. When I went to management asking for employees not to use the "R" word and to refrain from talking negatively about those in the LGTBQ+ community. Very Christian based and you will be shamed if your lifestyle is different.
