You never get bored in such a fast growing environment. There are lots of career opportunities. The working environment is very pleasant and friendly. Colleagues as well as management are always nice and open to each other.
Cons
Sometimes there is too big tolerance to people not performing. This creates in the affected parties delays and should not be in place is such fast growing company.
