Inexperienced Management - Anonymous employee Novocure Employee Review

- Management is fairly inexperienced in industry and on "the career trip". Decisions are made with lacking background knowledge. - Employees get fired, if they point out problems and ask critical questions. - Bad management is excused by "Novocure's Mission to support patients" - Management thinks employees have to be thankful to be part of that mission. Few managers trying to improve, but they are overruled.
