I cannot say enough about how poorly my manager treated me and lacked respect for me, for almost seemingly no reason. It was a relationship that, for reasons I couldn't understand, started poorly and only got worse as the months went on. At any job or educational experience, you're bound to work with an individual who you just don't get along with, and I'm no different. But in all those experiences, I always found a way to work with that person in an amicable and professional manner. That being said, my experience with this difficult individual was so far beyond anything I've ever experienced.
This was particularly disappointing because, from what I had experienced so far, everyone else I had built a relationship with seemed to embody the values of the company. I really regret having taken this job, but in looking back, I'm also regretful that I could not fully show my skillset and make an impact on the company and its patients.
