Executive management team - Not very experienced team. Most of them have their heads in the sand. COO is the only humble leader. The rest of the team is driven by power, control, ego and self promotion No equity sharing - They don't give much stock. The company sells this bull crap line about multiplier/ dilution etc. Don't listen. They just don't want to give non-executive employees shares Commercial team runs the show. Especially the chief officer. He's clueless. No one on his team likes him. Someone buy him a clue please. He's met me 3 times and still asks my name each time. I guess us minions are not worthy of his presence. CEO can't string 2 motivational sentences together. Not sure how he got the job.
