Growth and culture. The lack of growth and raises in the company is quite bad. There was a lack of team work and it was very cliquey. Lack of appreciation for employees, which is such a shame. I really hope Novocure fixes these culture issues in the future, and quickly. I don't regret working there, it taught my many lessons and gave me some great transferrable skills. I would say Novocure is a good stepping stone in a career, but that's really it.
