      Few, the learners are the only reason to show up

      Cons

      Corrupt, bullying, lack of care of concern for staff or students wellbeing. No professionalism with regards to quality of delivery or basic duty of care.

      Some great staff at site level

      Cons

      Poor management, unrealistic targets, underpaid, over worked. Mental health is ignored and you will be investigated for anything and everything.
