Pros
Great product, leader in the space in the direction the market is going. The company is a rocket ship of potential that is changing the Enterprise compute, storage, virtualization space in dramatic ways.
Cons
Sales people across the board are not nearly making OTE!!!! The company is massively over highering, constantly increasing goals, constantly changing territories. 30% to 50% under goal attainment is common - broad based under achievement. Management acts like they are concerned, and says the right things, but the actions don't follow the words. The senior sales management is inexperienced and immature in many regards, creating a quiet but negative feeling among the sales people. Attitude of management is "if you don't like it here, leave" - a term first used by the President and head of sales, and heard often from the managers underneath him. The stock lock up / vesting is holding a lot of the sales people there for now. The company defines its culture as Hungry, Humble, Honest. Humble and Honest are not even close to being true; a nice thought, but not true.
