Thank you for taking your time to provide feedback. Nutanix has had the great fortune to be in hyper-growth mode for several years. In fact, our employee base has more than doubled over the last two years, bringing with it increasing diversity of talent, experience and point of view. This rapid expansion brings with it many opportunities for our employees, including career progression and variety of job responsibilities. Most of our employees love this rapid pace of change, in fact, they thrive in it. But it isn’t surprising that some employees will be challenged in this kind of rapid growth. While it doesn’t happen often, the perfect fit for an employee when we were half our size, may not the be a perfect fit today. Our HR and learning and development teams work diligently to develop content to support employees through this rapid transformation. We aim to listen to our employees and provide a very open environment where dissenting opinions are not only heard but celebrated. No separation of employment is ever easy and Nutanix does not take the decision to terminate lightly. In order to prevent “un-just” terminations, Nutanix works closely with managers, human resources and legal to ensure that all relevant facts and legal obligations are considered before making the difficult situation to involuntary terminate an employee.
