Pros
Great benefits (free food, massages, company parties, insurance, etc)
Cons
Management is awful and they treat you as an employee who works for them rather than someone they want to work with and get to know. People work nonstop; there is no conversation. The work environment is not welcoming. The people are exclusive. They have their own cliques, create private jokes, and constantly gossip about others in the organization. Nicknames are often created about team members, and when a man consistently bothers a woman, it never gets taken up with HR. As a new employee coming into this environment and watching this unfold, it becomes intimidating to talk to coworkers that would probably turn around and stab you in the back. They like to contract people out and tell them they'll most likely be hired in 3-6 months as a full time employee. In reality, most people are contracted for 6-12 months before they are brought on full time. They'll keep extending your contract. Pay is not competitive at all. They offer you the lowest amount they can and tell you that's that, even after you come back with an offer from a different company that is SIGNIFICANTLY higher. Their offers are ridiculously low and not market price. Do your research! They like to hire new grads so they can lower the price and get cheap labor.
