Pros

great technology would be great if you are young and looking to prove yourself as a young or less experienced rep company promotes from within, perhaps too much

Cons

sales culture is broken very small percentage of reps making plan (<30%) yet company makes its number company has over hired - your greatest single determiner of success is what patch you get company is running too fast to get to an artificial number
