Amazing product Poor leadership - Sales Engineer Nutanix Employee Review

Joke of a leadership! I’d say the worst I’ve seen in the industry ! No team mentality, no real culture of any kind, and very little to no camaraderie - couple of old timers who are holding Director and Sr. Director positions always talking down to the field should NEVER be managers! Very few good decent reps, even less that make their quota! Culture has changed for the worst in the last 2 years. People are NOT team players and there is a lot of back talk and back stabbing. Overall I’d say the definition of a very toxic culture Support can’t keep up - it’s a crowded market with a lot of competition basically doing the same thing. It’s very low morale because of bad leadership!
