Global Account Program in name only - Global Account Manager Nutanix Employee Review

Complete lack of leadership in the global program for over 1 year. Sales leadership non-existent, finally cleaned house at the CRO level. No focus in spite of long standing acknowledgement of the lack of a "real" global program by senior leaders. Clearly the focus is selling to existing accounts & expanding the base, not willing to make the necessary investments in facing off with the global 100. Lack of global structure & organization leaves handling the top accounts and seasoned sellers in the hands of inept regional micromanagers with no experience in developing the worlds largest opportunities. Unrealistic expectations of converting greenfield accounts into a run rate business in 12 months. Low morale and focus on SFDC hygiene instead of thinking and acting strategically. Daily deal review calls serve to punish sales force & waste precious time.
