I believe "Toxic" should be added as a cultural value. Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart are not the values at this company. There is sexism, ageism, and a profound lack of interest from the top down in addressing these internally and externally. There is a clear lack of interest from leadership in making bold statements on injustices in the world and putting their money where it counts. Getting anyone to make a public statement supporting marginalized communities is like pulling teeth. There is a strong sense of entitlement across the company and a blatant lack of transparency and respect. Management disregards any feedback or pleas for assistance and you will be knocked for it when it comes to promotion time. They full embrace the start up mentality of working until you're completely burnt out despite the fact that the company is by no means a startup anymore. They don't value hard workers and disregard data-driven decision making when it isn't convenient for leadership.
