Pros
My favorite part about being at Nutanix is the opportunity, finally, to do things right. No entrenched bureaucracy, no legacy processes or systems, no fiefdoms. Also, in every function (not just engineering), the absolute best people are hired for that function. The culture is very open (sometimes a little too much so) with a lot of cross-functional information sharing.
Cons
Loose processes can sometimes be frustrating. I've been here since the company was small, and operating in an environment of such rapid growth can be hard. Definitely better than an environment of contraction.
