Pros

The interview and offer process was quick and attentive. The relocation process was straightforward and helping. The transition of work is smooth and not overwhelming. The benefits are good as well as the work schedule. Good environment and culture.

Cons

The communication within the HR department is sub par. The onsite HR personnel is great and very helpful, but the offsite in Colorado is more a hindrance than assistance. Paperwork, benefits, savings, etc. all got screwed up due to that disconnect. The new hire orientation isn't geared towards experienced miners. That's good for inexperienced miners, but inefficient for higher level experienced miners. There is a bit undervalue related to new employees with past experience. I noticed it in my area and have been told similarly from other areas. There is another disconnect with IT and getting the right tech support for the job in a timely manner. Additionally, there is too much delay in getting the required PPE with no notice ahead of time to help reduce the delay after starting.
