Nearly all employees are kind. Safety is a priority. Reasonable pay and benefits.
Cons
Since it's merger, the Management Team is in disarray and has continuously shuffled the deck trying to find the right organizational mix. Several talented people where placed in the wrong position or let go. There is a lot of politics to navigate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences. We are pleased to hear that through the merger, safety remained a priority. As one of core values, the safety of our employees and our communities is our No. 1 priority.
Unfortunately, a merger also means some leaders find themselves in new/different roles in a newly-designed organization. It’s a high volume of change in a short time and it can take some time to work through the bumps and get settled. We recognize that process can feel frustrating. Know that your advice is consistent with our philosophy. Listening to our employees is a key part of our people strategy and we intend to keep listening to their ideas, innovations and opportunities for how we can improve.
