There is very thorough training with Nutrien, both online and from co workers. The Division office as well as Manager will work very hard to help with any questions or issues that come up. There is a lot to learn, but the staff makes is a lot easier!
Cons
There is a lot to learn, but have all the faith in the world that I will be trained well and be able to perform at Nutrien standards.

In-office work, 5-days per week
The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time
The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
