Cheap and clueless - Supervisor Nutrien Employee Review

Cheap company that does not like to pay almost all employees a competitive wage. Raises are often minimal and often insulting. The safety culture there is a joke where they throw money at issues that dont exist rather than focus on actual issues. Which locations get bonuses is inconsistent, some do, some dont. Benefits used to be really good, than they cheaped out and you have to pay for the benefits you used to get. Upper management makes really stupid decisions all the time and just kind of roll with it. Advancement is nonexistent, I was openly turned down for an internal position that I was qualified for specificly because of my gender. Workload is often multiple times more than what is advertised with no extra pay. The new sap system is an absolute trainwreck. Managment is a joke.
