Pros

Entrepreneurial spirit, fast-paced environment. Very focused on winning. Not focused on employees and their development.

Cons

Lack of training and poor planning of resources. Do not understand the fit with Inland Imaging, the two teams do not get along well. Always back-stabbing each other and not helping each other.
