Pros
Nuvodia is fun, and very busy place to work. Although Nuvodia has a large and disparate client base, there is a drive to develop and maintain a close working relationship with each customer. As a result, all Nuvodia staff know each and every customer, and have a vested interest in their success. I enjoyed working closely with the various customers from different industries, and enjoyed helping them grow their business, and become more efficient with their IT. Nuvodia provides a fun working environment; located in a great building on the river, Nuvodia provides free snacks, drinks as well. Nuvodia is flexible with working hours / locations provided the job gets done. Nuvodia also hosts events for employees and their families which are always fun.
Cons
Nuvodia runs lean; as a result, it takes commitment, initiative, and outside-the-box problem solving to succeed. People lacking these traits (and unwilling to learn / develop them) will not be happy at Nuvodia. A positive attitude is a must!
