loved my job as an infusion nurse working under OI. Had a great regional operations director and felt very supported. did not feel micromanaged at all. The best part were the patients I worked with. Infusions & Iv insertions were a breeze
Cons
accumulated PTO slowly had to be the spokesperson and relay insurance information when we weren’t the ones directly working through insurance. this meant patients had a lot of questions we as RNs were unable to answer.
