Pros

Flexible hours, great leadership, supportive CEO, feel connected even though everyone works relatively independently. They truly value their employees and appreciate the nurses which is hard to find in many healthcare facilities

working alone can get a bit boring at times

I can’t think of any.

Cons

They are not fans of informed people who think for themselves. They want “yes” men who don’t ask questions or volunteer feedback. When things go wrong management will only look to shift blame and make others the problem.

Pros

Teamwork mentality across the ENTIRE organization. Everyone is so supportive and willing to help when needed, to include senior leadership. The culture of the organization is very much family oriented, POSITIVE and overall just a wonderful company. What I love most is that the organization always looks to improve with lots of collaboration taking place. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!

None really. Anytime an issue is brought up, solutions are found.
