Pros
It's very hard to find pros about working at ON24, Inc. Possibly one of the only pros would be working from home.
Cons
Lack of training and communication across the board. The company is very reactive and leaves the employess to fend for themselves. All employees are underpaid and overworked, and upper management is taking advantage of the economy by offering promotions without any increase in pay or any other incentives.
