Pros
They have drinks in the break room. They also have a parking lot, so you don't have to pay for parking. Some of the nicest people make up the rank and file. The webcasting product line is superior to everything else on the market.
Cons
Ask what their employee turnover rate is. I doubt you'll get an honest answer. All of the fabulous reviews here have been posted by the new recruits in HR or the overpaid children in sales. CEO is arrogant and disconnected. He is very sexist and condescending towards women. Good people don't stay because the atmosphere is toxic. They will work you to death and expect more. Recent round of layoffs sent most of the long term employees out the door. They have gone through 5 CFO's in as many years and don't have one now. Lots of directors who do nothing though. HR is nonresponsive and completely incompetent. Ask for Federally required forms and get ignored or worse, given the wrong information. The last HR director mysteriously disappeared. Just gone one day with no notice.
