Pros
I've been working quite a bit of time at ON24. The company has really improved over time. They still have some up-to-date tech problems, but they are trying to hire talent to raise this bar. The remote work specially during the pandemic has been great, and they have people from all around the work working in full-remote. Although through my journey I've found unprofessional people there, those that I knew are no longer part of the company, which for me is an important part of the improvement. They don't over-work unless for very specific occasions, which I really value a lot.
Cons
The only disadvantage I can think of right now, as an engineer, is a lack of up-to-date technologies in some areas, which makes difficult hiring new talent, and a bit boring to work. Again they are making an effort to fix this, but is tough to find the amount of talent-muscle with enough commitement to achieve it, while at the same time delivering new features/products. So they are struggling with this, but I believe they will make it.
