Pros
- You'll meet some good people and might even have some laughs, but spending your time working for this company will ultimately suck your soul away and leave you feeling like a shell of a human. Stay away. - Remote work was nice but there is a "return to office" policy now if you're near one. The NC office vibe is decent but steer clear of SF - sterile and toxic. - If you like seeming busy, as in having your calendar full of meaningless, unproductive meetings, this is the place for you. Good luck getting any selling done if you're in Sales. - Webcast Elite is the only decent product the company offers. It's hard to sell the rest and I can't imagine being in the seat of the buyer actually paying for any of it. The Product and Engineering teams lack informed direction - I am nearly positive they never actually speak to customers - they just look at what competitors are doing and try to build something like it.

- Most of the reviews here are on Glassdoor are because the SDR/BDR teams were told to write them. Read: they're bogus. Don't be fooled. - Stock price - enough said. - $500 towards your 401k per year. LOLOLOL. - Taking vacation almost seems/feels frowned upon. There's also no way to feel like your job is secure while you're out. Everyone is so in it for themselves. - No work life balance, no values, no respect for people's calendars. They like to say they have these things but trust me, they do not exist. - No Diversity & Inclusion... allegedly an outside firm was hired to "do this" but it appears nothing has changed. Just look at the leadership webpage on the site. Sad. - Bullying is a regular tactic used across many functions - and of course it stems from the top. The CEO is a classic bully that acts like a man child when he doesn't get his way or see results he wants. - The squeaky wheel gets the grease - often the one who speaks up loudest and most often gets their way vs. someone that is bringing data-backed solutions. - No salary bands, formal review cycles, OKRs or goal setting, etc so it's a total crap shoot as far as your career growth goes. If you have a manager that likes you and can be the squeaky wheel (see above), you might get raises/promos. But then be warned, a "Sr. Manager" or a "VP" at ON24 isn't the same as at other companies because it's all arbitrary without any formal process. I think this is why so many VPs are scared to leave - they know they won't be able to hack it at a real company. - Most senior leaders are just in it for themselves - watching their backs. I mean, I lost count of how many RIFs there've been in the last year. At least 5. You won't be safe. - There's still Club for Sales though.... sure let's throw money at that but cut good people and budgets across every department. - A plan is created and everyone is set in motion - only to have things completely change the next week. Random priority work pops up constantly depending on what hairbrained non-data backed idea someone at the top has and it is always handed down from leadership to the IC's or middle managers to "figure out". Chaotic and toxic. - Everything is urgent and a top priority. I know, impossible. Eye roll. - There are SO MANY better companies out there to grow your career. Keep searching.
