bro that RSU comp was worth a lot during grant but by the time it vested it lost 85% of it's value, gee thanks. classic case of overhiring, have high expectations, management handling is poor when things get rocky, have to cut people. also the team leads seem like people who don't enjoy helping others which doesn't foster a learning environment. also the old monolithic tech stack is hilarious, good luck navigating it.
